New Work for Country Living Magazine

Last Memorial Day, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Sarah Copeland and her family and friends for the June 2020 issue of Country Living Magazine. After waiting a year for these images to come out in print, I am so excited to share them with you!

I photographed these fabulous folks watching the Memorial Day parade from the Copeland’s house in a quaint NY town. It really was a quintessential small town scene, straight out of a Hallmark movie! The parade was so fun and I grew very excited leading up to the start as all of the neighbors took to their stations on the street to watch the parade.

As you can imagine, the kids were in pure bliss! They particularly loved gathering all the candy that was passed out. They were so incredibly happy to be in front of my lens and that made it all the more enjoyable.

This Memorial Day will probably look a little different with all that is going on in the world right now. But that only makes these photos and my memories of this day sweeter than ever. I hope you’ll pick up a copy of this issue to see this beautiful story!
